Physician Leadership Development Executive Coaching—Six Month Retainer

We support Canadian physicians to lead significant positive change. We believe that physician leadership, physician wellness, and quality of care are intrinsically linked and work toward vibrant physicians thriving in a strong healthcare system.

Program Features

• Complete confidentiality
• A coaching process that works from your own goals, works with your own reality, and supports you to lead the change you want
• Individual one-to-one coaching sessions every two weeks—
  total of approximately 12 sessions in 6 months
• Your choice of Certified Executive Coach from our six physician coaches
• A systems approach that focuses on the interactions between the leader,
  the people whom the leader works with and through, and the real world results and targets that need to be achieved
• Where indicated, examination of the following success factors: vision, leadership team alignment and coordination, performance management, and cascading the change through the organization
• Planning and accountability tools to support your forward progress
• Cost—$6,000 plus GST with option to renew coaching engagement at same rate
