Leadership coaching sessions are usually 1 hour in duration every two weeks for a minimum 6-month period. We use a systems approach that links you with the team changes and culture shifts that are required for the real world targets that you need to achieve. Following the coaching engagement, we will have you self-evaluate your development and its impact on your results. We welcome conversations on the cost-effectiveness of coaching for leadership development (retention, decision-making quality) and organizational results (monetizing impact).
