Meets by Zoom from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM Pacific Time from January through June
Participants bring their 3-4 most important life goals. We suggest 1 goal from the realm of personal/self-care, 1 goal from the realm of family relationships, which allows 1-2 goals for career, community
As the year begins, participants will flesh out a plan to accomplish their goals that will include the details, specific strategies, tactics, timelines, and input and help needed from others
The meetings will consist of 2 phases—1) individual weekly check-ins: participants will self-evaluate, track, and report their progress with each of their goals using a three colour scale: green for on track, yellow for in peril, and red for off track or unknown; 2) group discussion and/or coaching around an identified challenge
