DOC ON TRACK—A Confidential and Supportive Community
(Choice of Saturday or Sunday Sessions)

4-8 Docs with 2 Coaches

Meets by Zoom one hour per week together for 6 months running from January through June (no meetings on long-weekends)

Participants bring their 3-5 most important life goals for 2022. We suggest 1 goal from the realm of personal/self-care and 1 goal from the realm of family relationships, which allows 1-3 goals for career, community, other

As the year begins, participants will flesh out a plan to accomplish their goals by detailing the specific strategies, tactics, timelines, and input and help needed from others

The meetings will consist of 2 phases—1) individual weekly check-ins:  participants will self-evaluate, track, and report their progress with each of their goals using a three colour scale: green for on track, yellow for in peril, and red for off track or unknown; 2) group discussion and/or coaching around an identified challenge

Saturday meetings run from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM Pacific Time (12:00 noon to 1:00 PM Eastern)

Sunday meetings run from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM Pacific Time (12:00 noon to 1:00 PM Eastern)
